Body temperature is usually measured by indirect measurement of blood temperature. Its accuracy depends on both the devices used and the area of ??the body used for the measurement. Several factors may influence has been on the accuracy, among them the last fiscal year wrapped like (or “Group”) a small child, and even room temperature.
Rectal temperature is usually the most accurate method, but I do not recommend untrained people use this method with children. It may also be inaccurate because the rectal temperature responds slowly to rapid changes in body temperature. For these reasons, I will not go into this method. Children often also against it.
The best way for children under three months is probably an axillary reading. If you have a thermometer to all orders like, I would go for a regular digital thermometer limit and measures to the armpit and oral.
An armpit (axillary) is the method for measuring the easiest and most familiar, but is most accurate. The measuring range of the thermometer should be directly above the axillary artery, and it is not easy to do with the kids squirming. If the child is older, the oral measurement is easier and more accurate than the armpit.
