Before going on the proverbial desert island, but lets talk about how to build your child’s immune system and the health of your children – and therefore the strengthening of defense against swine flu.

1st Reduce or eliminate white sugar from the diet of your child.

Here is the thing that nobody told me when my son was a baby. Sugar, your child (and yourself) to reduce immune system almost immediately. When your child to eat sugar all day long, even in small quantities, the immune system in a constant state of depression function.

2nd Wash hands, wash your hands again.

The best way to avoid exposure in this way is to have your child wash their hands frequently – and soap. Concerned about their discipline? Ask them, “Happy Birthday” song to sing about in its entirety, as they rub their hands and fingers with soap. Sing when they are done, rinse it is time for the soap.
