The proportion of overweight children has grown from a problem to an epidemic increase today. The American Academy of Pediatrics were several reasons for this increase in overweight children. One problem is that the parents have less time than before and it is easier to provide children with ready-made meals and fast.
Children encouraged to eat junk food prefer potato chips, French fries or fried meat a healthy alternative. This is often not helped by the poor state of school meals. They include processed foods and convenience with chemicals and additives, such as fast food restaurants.
The worst scenario is of major soft drink companies to promote their unhealthy drinks in America. For small children, it was a struggle. This is because the things they want, without knowing whether it really good for them or not wont to do. Parents often worry about their children’s health, but it should be not only those who have to work for them. First Eat in Variety
